Description: Conversations with clients often present some of the most perplexing ethical issues an attorney faces.  Often these dilemmas are ones that must be resolved on the spot, without time for reflection or research.  In the presentation, Dean Glesner Fines, with the assistance of members of the UMKC School of Law Client Counseling team, will show a series of vignettes illustrating some of these critical moments in client interviews and will discuss possible resolutions of the dilemmas presented
