This all-day class offers the best in legal training as we look to the litigation styles, strategies and outcomes in several high-profile cases.  Whether it be attorneys in Florida that concoct a litigation strategy to get an opposing counsel arrested for a DUI in a high-profile jury trial, a judge who picks a fist fight with defense counsel in open court, or arguing over Spiderman at the U.S. Supreme Court, there is a lot to learn … and laugh about … in law.  This all-day class looks at the law behind the laughs.

Joel Oster (Comedian of Law) is a seasoned constitutional attorney and regular speaker to attorneys and non- attorneys alike. Oster earned his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Kansas, School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Kansas, Missouri, Florida, and numerous federal courts.
