The Kansas City Estate Planning Symposium committee invites you to participate in a WEBINAR series on April 23, 24, 30 and May 1.

 This Webinar will cover estate planning topics presented by the nationally recognized speakers that you have come to expect at KCEPS. And in addition to an ethics sessions that will meet the new Missouri Supreme Court requirement for elimination of bias, new sessions have been added that will address:

* An overview of the rules and planning implications of the CARES Act legislation to protect businesses, employees and families
* The rules for electronic wills and electronic notarization of documents that are not executed in the physical presence of witnesses and notaries
* The advantages of GRATs in an ultra-low interest rate environment
* Charitable planning opportunities from the COVID-19 and CARES legislation, and from the low interest rates

Registration fees:  $385 entire program or $125 per day.

Speakers’ presentations will be pre-recorded and video replays but speakers will be available to answer questions from the attendees.

Attendees will have access to the recordings after the program.

Morning webinars will be repeated in the afternoon.

CLE credit:           Missouri 16 hours includes 2 ethics and 1 elimination of bias

                                Kansas and all other jurisdictions pending
