Mastering Technology for Lawyers, September 17, 2019

Registration is closed for this event

Presenter:

Barron K. Henley, Esq.

Barron is an attorney who has over 20 years of experience in legal technology. After earning his B.S./B.A. (marketing and economics) and J.D. from The Ohio State University, Barron discovered his passion for helping lawyers fix problems within their practice. Motivated by this goal, together with Paul Unger, Barron founded Henley March & Unger Consulting, Inc. (one of the founding firms of Affinity) in 1998.

Today, Barron continues to partner with our clients to make law firms and legal departments more efficient. He is known for an obsessive (some would say annoying) attention to detail and takes the work of helping a firm just as personally as the firm’s owners take their own business.

Barron’s breadth of knowledge enables him to dive into the details of a firm’s operations. He is often the lead on Comprehensive Practice Analysis projects for clients that examine all aspects of making a firm more successful: technology, organizational design, process optimization and financial practices.

In addition, Barron has been building complex document automation projects (using HotDocs automation software) since he left his private law practice in 1997.

Barron is one of the most renowned experts on Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and HotDocs. A frequent speaker, Barron teaches CLE classes covering practice management, document management, case management, Word Excel, Outlook, HotDocs document assembly, among many other topics
